There are many places to visit in Vietnam that are listed here. Vietnam is officially the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Also there are many different climate zones in Vietnam. Therefore, you need plan accordingly if you are planning to visit to Vietnam. Visitors from some countries do not require visa to travel to Vietnam. Citizens of Denmark, Finland, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Sweden and Russia can stay for 15 days. Citizens of Philippines can stay for 21 days and citizens of Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand can stay for 30 days. Other people require prior visa to visit Vietnam.

My Son
My Son is abandoned and ruined Hindu temples built between 4th and 14th century AD. If Hindu mythology fancies you, this is place you should be. The temples here are dedicated to Lord Shiva, also known as Bhadresvara. There are more than 70 temples to see and you can never get tired of looking at these beautiful ruins. Some types of buildings here include kalan (brick sanctuary, in the form of a tower), Kosagrha (firehouse), Mandapa (entry hallway) and Gopura (gate-tower into a walled temple)

Kontum
Kontumis the capital town of Kon Tum Province in Vietnam. This is the place where you can relax, though there are not many places to see here...but the peace of mind that you can get is really soothing. There are minority village that you can see and visit Rong, huge impressive communal house that is used for celebrations and occasions.

Cu Chi
Cu Chi is a miniature versatile of Cu Chi’s military that represents the battle here. This is one of the most visited travel destinations in Vietnam. This is a 75-mile-long underground tunnel maze where villagers and military units used to hide. With its great history and many wars, Cu Chi tunnels is legend and famous in the world.

Some other places in Vietnam includes Haiphong, Hanoi, the resort capital Phan Thiet, Con Dao, Tay Ninh...and many other places. You can say that there is not a place in Vietnam that you won’t find interersting, all you need to do is explore.
